We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your convenience. We also accept payment by certified check, money order, business or personal check. If paying by check or if faxing in a credit card order please print our fax/mail-in order form located at: http://www.toolrage.com/faxorderform.html. If you mail in a non-certified check please be aware that we will wait up to 2 weeks for the check to clear prior to shipping the order. We do NOT accept Purchase Orders as a form of payment.
For regular orders the customer's credit card will be charged once the order has been shipped. For 'special orders' the customer's credit card will be charged at the time the order has been placed.
Based on the buyer's billing address, a 6% sales tax will be added to orders originating in the state of Pennsylvania.
All online credit card orders are processed using a secure server for your security.
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do ship internationally but only by the use of a freight forwarder such as Bongo International. Unfortunately, due to strict goverment regulations we do NOT ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Most of our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. 'Next Day' or '2nd Day' shipping does not nessarily guarantee that you will receive your shipment the next day or within 2 days. Shipping time is calculated from the time the order is shipped. Please note that all deliveries are made on business days (no deliveries on weekends or holidays).
We provide FREE Fedex Ground Shipping (less than 70 lbs) on orders that total $150 or more prior to shipping and tax. Items that are non-stocking (special order), oversize or overweight are excluded from free Fedex shipping. We also provide FREE Truck Freight shipping (70 lbs or more) on orders that total $1,200 or more prior to shipping and tax. Non-Stocking (special order) items are excluded from free shipping. Free shipping does NOT include expedited shipping (ie. air shipping, overnight, 2nd day, 3 day select, etc. FREE shipping does not apply to shipments outside of the continental United States. Example: we do NOT provide FREE shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.). FREE shipping does NOT apply to "coast to coast" shipping (e.g. when the item(s) are only in stock on the East coast and the order must ship to the West coast or vice versa).
In some cases an alternative shipping method may be substituted for Fedex shipping.Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise indicated in the product information section. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event your product(s) are backordered or for any other known delay in shipping your order. Normal ground shipping time is usually 1 to 3 business days from the shipment date on most products and sometimes up to 5 business days on larger products depending on the distance the order is being shipped. In some cases an alternate shipping method may be substituted for Fedex shipping. For example, larger/heavier items may be shipped via freight shipping instead of Fedex.
Truck Freight (non-Fedex) shipping calculations are estimates only. It's possible that Freight charges could change at shipment time. If this is the case we will make every effort to notify you of any changes that might effect your order total.
Charges for Incorrect Addresses / Undeliverable Orders
All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to TOOLRAGE.com for any reason will be charged any shipping costs incurred by TOOLRAGE as well as a 5% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
We respect the privacy of our customers and we've created this privacy statement so that you have easy access to information about our privacy practices. You have our guarantee that your personal information will never be sold or otherwise provided to any other company for marketing purposes. In several areas of TOOLRAGE.COM, we ask you to provide various information by filling out and submitting an online form. We ask for your name, address and contact information so we can send you your order, and so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment. We may send emails to you in order to update you on the status of your order. We may occasionally use your information to contact you for feedback or survey information. And we may occasionally notify you of specials or send you discount coupons by email. We NEVER share or sell your personal information, including email addresses.
All items sold by TOOLRAGE.COM are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. After 30 days of receiving your order, please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve any problems you may incur with the product itself.
TOOLRAGE.com guarantees against manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from date of delivery. There are a few exceptions to this policy due to licensing of copyright materials such as videos, CDs, DVDs and Software including OTC and other software update cards - these items are non-refundable and non-returnable. In addition, there are a few items such as electronic products (Launch Scanners and similar electronic scanners) which may not be returned. Non-stocking/specially ordered items are non-returnable/non-refundable. In some cases the manufacturer may dictate the return policy by either repairing or replacing particular products at the manufacturer's discretion. Please review the details of each product for further information including Manufacturer's Warranties.
Products that exceed the TOOLRAGE.com 30-day return policy, but have an extended Manufacturer’s Warranty, should be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their warranty information and instructions. Manufacturer Warranties may be found in the extended description of the product. Manufacturer warranty claims should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Typically you will find information regarding the warranty and how to make a claim within the package of the product.
We do not handle any manufacturer warranties directly, so please keep your receipt and the warranty information received with the product in a safe place. Do not discard it until after your warranty period has expired.
Products that exceed the TOOLRAGE.com 30 day return period but have an extended Manufacturer’s Warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
Unwanted Merchandise….Requires approval from TOOLRAGE.com. Unwanted products must be returned in a new, unused condition and in it's original, unopened, undamaged packaging and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products that are returned in a used condition may incur a 15% restocking fee, or may not be accepted at all depending on the condition as determined by TOOLRAGE.com. Email us for approval at email@example.com.
Defective/Damaged upon receipt merchandise will be replaced with another like product upon return and receipt by TOOLRAGE.com of the defective item if it is received within 30 days of your original delivery date. After obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the defective merchandise back to the warehouse at the customer's expense. After 30 days you must contact the product's manufacturer to seek a return of defective merchandise. In some cases the manufacturer prefers to handle a defective item directly, even during the first 30 days. In this case we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Some items are marked as "Special Order" items on our website. We do not stock these items and they must be special-ordered direct from the manufacturer. Therefore, special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All orders that are canceled after shipment, are undeliverable, or are returned to TOOLRAGE.com for any reason will be charged any shipping costs incurred by TOOLRAGE as well as a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
You must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any item. RMA’s and return shipping addresses are available upon request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org are only good for a specific product and specific order.
Once you have received an RMA#, you may send the product back to us at your expense. We will not accept a collect or C.O.D. return. It is the customer's responsiblity to ship the returned merchandise with a tracking number so that delivery to our warehouse can be confirmed. We will ship you a replacement at our expense (applicable within the continental USA only). If the return is for a refund, the shipping and handling will not be refunded and only the cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee will be refunded. All Sales are Final on Export Orders.
TOOLRAGE.com reserves the right to refuse any return that doe’s not have an RMA # on the box, in any case there will be an additional $5.00 charge if there is no RMA#. Any returns that do not fall within our return policy are non-refundable and you will not receive credit. Your RMA# must be displayed on the package you ship back to us.
If you do not have your invoice number, or are having other difficulties, please contact customer service by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information, (customer #, invoice number, name, address, phone number, reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund).
The prices on this web site have been reviewed for accuracy; however, prices are subject to change without notice at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors with prices or product descriptions. If for some reason we cannot fulfill an order due to a pricing misprint or due to a product that is out-of-stock you will be notified and refunded the full price of your order.
TOOLRAGE.com, reserves the right to refuse orders based on restricted sales category, geographical area or credit history. All rights reserved in respect to individual manufacturers and their trademarks. TOOLRAGE.com accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, product images or claims made by the manufacturer. All prices are subject to change without notice. All comparable pricing, dimensions, weights, sizes, colors, etc., are approximate and may not be exact. All product is subject to prior sale (first come... first served). iBound, Inc. dba TOOLRAGE.com may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall seller (iBound, Inc. dba TOOLRAGE.com) be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or connected with this agreement or the goods. Regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, nor shall buyer's damages exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods or services. iBound, Inc. (TOOLRAGE.com) shall not be held liable for any manufacturer claims or warranties. TOOLRAGE.com is not responsible for any injuries that may occur as a result of using any of the products purchased from this web site. It is the customer's responsibility to read the manufacturer's instructions and to consult a physician prior to engaging in any physical activity involving a product.
This agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof. Modification of this agreement may be made in the future by TOOLRAGE.com. Any modifications will be posted on the seller's Internet web site for client's review. Should the buyer disagree to any future changes the buyer may withdraw from the agreement and be liable only for services rendered, or at TOOLRAGE.com's, discretion, be bound only to the terms of the original agreement.
Severability and Attorney Fees
Every term contained in this Term of Sale Agreement is severable from every other term contained herein. If any term is judged to be unenforceable, it shall not effect the enforceability of the other terms. If legal action must be taken to collect payment or to enforce any term of this agreement then TOOLRAGE.com, shall be entitled to Interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per year from the date of default, and all reasonable collection costs including court and attorney fees.
The laws of the state of Pennsylvania shall govern all interpretation of this agreement
Any action brought by any party to this agreement shall be filed, and venues shall lie in York County courts in the state of Pennsylvania.
A copy of this agreement has been made available to the buyer via Internet. The Buyer by making payment for said product and/or service he or she has agreed to the terms of this agreement.
Locksmithing devices such as automotive lockout kits, lock pick devices, wheel, hubcap and lugnut unlocking tools are not permitted to be shipped to the general public by law. You must be either a professional mechanic, automotive repair or body shop, automotive dealership, professional locksmith, or a member of the law enforcement community to order locksmithing devices/tools from TOOLRAGE. By placing an order for one or more of these devices you agree that you meet the above criteria. Please check with us before placing your order if you are uncertain whether you meet this criteria. PRIOR TO SHIPPING THESE PRODUCTS TOOLRAGE REQUIRES THAT YOU PROVIDE WRITTEN PROOF THAT YOU ARE A QUALIFYING RECIPIENT. YOU MAY PROVIDE PROOF BY EITHER EMAIL OR FAX (I.E.
